Most often, the horseshoe pendant is a small version of a real horseshoe and is made of either gold or silver and is set with either diamonds, cubic zirconia or other precious stones.

However, most people who accept this way of thinking are of the opinion that in order to bring really good karma, they should not be bought in a store, but given to someone else's owner.
